1. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all datasets you generate through Chaveta. We do not claim any rights, licenses, or ownership over your generated data, prompts, generator scripts, or exported artifacts. Your data is yours.

2. We Do Not Train on Your Data

Chaveta does not use your prompts, generated datasets, generator scripts, or any content you create to train machine learning models. Your data is used solely to provide the generation service you requested — to classify your prompt, compile a spec, author a generator, generate samples, validate output, and export artifacts. Nothing more.

3. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: your account information (via Clerk authentication), generation requests and their metadata (prompts, categories, configurations), generated datasets stored temporarily for export, and usage metrics (GBs generated, API calls). We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Data Retention

Generated datasets are retained for as long as your session is active. We may periodically purge completed or abandoned generation runs. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Payment records are retained as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

Chaveta uses third-party services to operate: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Neon for database hosting, Fly.io for application hosting, Tigris for object storage, Temporal for workflow orchestration, and AI model providers (DeepSeek, HuggingFace) for classification and generation. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
