Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Chaveta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your Data

You own all datasets, prompts, generator scripts, and artifacts you create through Chaveta. We do not claim any rights to your data. We do not train models on your data. You are responsible for the content you generate and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Service Levels

Free tier: up to 1GB of generated data per request. Paid tier: metered per-GB billing via Stripe with usage tracked against your selected meter. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times vary based on scale, category, and model availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Chaveta to generate data that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or circumvent payment requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed per GB of generated data through Stripe. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chaveta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in generated data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
